How old does my child have to be to attend The Beary Best Preschool?

A child must be at minimum three (3) years old by September 1st of any given school year in order to register in The Beary Best Preschool. We have two (2) classes available. One for ages three (3) to four (4) years of age and another class for four (4) to five (5) years of age.

When is my child’s tuition due?

Tuition is due in full on the first day of the month.

How do I pay my child’s tuition?

You may pay your child’s tuition monthly by check, cash or Venmo. For more information please review our ‘Classes & Tuition‘ page.

What discipline techniques do you use?

Students in my class are taught to respect each other. We will learn to make good choices and be kind to each other. My teaching philosophy focuses strongly on teaching a child how to be independent and responsible. I believe this provides the potential to create a great sense of self-worth. If a problem arises, the student will go to a “think time” for a few minutes and then I will talk to them privately about their behavior. If anything transpires in the classroom that requires parental involvement, I will contact you.

Can I choose either a morning or afternoon schedule for my child?

Yes, we offer morning and afternoon sessions for both age groups to help accommodate your schedule. Our morning schedule is from 9:00am to 11:30am and our afternoon schedule is from 12:30pm to 3:00pm. However, you can not intermingle the two. You must choose one time schedule for the entire school year. In the event a parents work schedule changes dramatically and you need special consideration on behalf of your child, please call our office to discuss.
